摘  要:糖尿病神经病变(diabetic neuropathy,DPN)是2型糖尿病患者最为常见的慢性并发症之一,是多种因素综合作用的结果。糖类、脂类代谢异常、氧化应激、慢性炎症反应、雪旺细胞的损伤等均参与其中。该文就与DPN发病机制相关的信号通路(JAK-STAT信号通路、ATF6信号通路)、雪旺细胞病变、自噬的表达、基因多态性在DPN发病中所起的作用进行概述。Diabetic neuropathy(DPN) is one of the most common chronic complications in patients with type 2 diabetes,which is the result of a combination of factors. Abnormal glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, oxidative stress, chronic inflammation, and Schwann cell damage are all involved. This article summarizes the roles of signaling pathways related to the pathogenesis of DPN(JAK-STAT signaling pathway, ATF6 signaling pathway), Schwann cell disease, autophagy expression, and gene polymorphism in the pathogenesis of DPN.
