探析末梢血与静脉血在血常规检验中的差异

摘　　要：目的探讨分析并总结末梢血与静脉血在血常规检验中的差异。方法130例接受体格检查的志愿者,依据随机数字表法分为研究组与常规组,各65例。两组志愿者均空腹采血,常规组采用末梢血管采血法,研究组采用静脉血管采血法。采血结束后,在2 h内对血液进行检验,检测分析两组志愿者的血常规检验结果。结果研究组的白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞比容(Hct)、血小板计数(PLT)分别为(7.17±1.36)×10^9/L、(4.42±0.67)×10^12/L、(142.59±12.87)g/L、(88.93±5.83)fl、(47.09±3.01)%、(245.65±48.87)×10^9/L,均高于常规组的(6.64±1.26)×10^9/L、(4.15±0.35)×1012/L、(136.04±12.73)g/L、(82.51±6.22)fl、(37.19±5.96)%、(200.12±43.09)×10^9/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉采血法误差较小,临床检测结果更准确,建议在临床中采用静脉血检测血常规。Objective To discuss and analyze the difference between peripheral blood and venous blood in routine blood test.Methods A total of 130 volunteers undergoing physical examination were divided into research group and routine group by random numerical table,with 65 cases in each group.The fasting blood samples was collected in both groups,the terminal blood was collected in the routine group and the venous blood was collected in research group.After the blood collection,the blood was tested within 2 h,and the blood routine examination results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The white blood cell count(WBC),red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),hematocrit(Hct),platelet count(PLT)of the research group were(7.17±1.36)×10^9/L,(4.42±0.67)×10^12/L,(142.59±12.87)g/L(88.93±5.83)fl,(47.09±3.01)%and(245.65±48.87)×10^9/L respectively,which were higher than(6.64±1.26)×10^9/L,(4.15±0.35)×1012/L,(136.04±12.73)g/L,(82.51±6.22)fl,(37.19±5.96)%and(200.12±43.09)×10^9/L of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Venous blood sampling method has less error and more accurate clinical test results.It is recommended to use venous blood for blood routine test in clinical practice.
