摘 要:重交沥青生产的温度控制是一个大滞后、大惯性的系统,提出了控制流量来控制沥青出口温度的思路,将预测PI控制算法和双重控制算法结合,利用双重控制算法,通过调节阀门开度和变频电机功率实现流量控制;利用积分控制减小增益的方法减弱变频电机控制作用,以满足副控制器微调的目的;利用预测PI算法来控制管道总流量和出口温差来满足工艺生产的要求.通过仿真测试:基于预测PI和双重控制算法在重交沥青的生产过程中能够得到很好的效果,具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰性.The temperature control of heavy-duty asphalt production is a large lag and inertia system.The idea of the asphalt production outlet temperature control by controlling the flow is put forward.Combining the predictive PI control algorithm and the dual control algorithm,flow control is realized with regulating valve opening and power of frequency conversion motor.Integral control is used to reduce the gain to weaken the effect of frequency conversion motor,to satisfy the principle of sub-controller fine-tuning.Then the predictive PI algorithm is used to control the total pipeline flow and the deviation of outlet temperature to meet the requirements of production.The simulation test indicates the new scheme based on predictive PI and dual control algorithm can get fine results in the production of heavy-duty asphalt,and with the characteristics of good stability and anti-interference.
