石油化工中控室内操作台形式的研究与探讨

摘　　要：介绍了当前石化行业中控室内操作台的使用情况,收集了部分最终用户对于操作台提出的意见,分析了产生这些问题的原因,总结了操作台的主流布局模式,并根据人类工效学参数,针对于LED显示器、台面高度、台面形式、台面背板和背墙体等方面进行了探讨.结合某具体项目,详细阐述了新型3层操作台的设计目的、设计思想和使用中要注意的问题,提出今后操作台的设计前景.The current application of the console in central control room of petrochemical industry is introduced.Some opinions on console by end users are collected.The causes of these problems are analyzed.The main layout mode of the console is summarized.According tO the ergonomic parameterS,the console form is discussed from the aspects of LED monitor,table height,table form,table back panel and back wall.Combined with a specific proj ect,the design purpose,design ideas and problems in application of a new three-layer console are described in detail.The design prospect of console in the future is proposed.
