摘  要:针对海上平台短距离海底管线环焊缝无损检测,开发了一套基于超声波衍射时差法(TOFD)结合脉冲回波法的检测技术,研制了与该工艺配套的链式自动扫查系统.解决了检测过程中对表面盲区同一焊缝需多次检测,效率低和缺陷漏检的问题;同时开发了能够适应多种管径,操作灵活便捷,扫查精度高的链式自动扫查器;实现了超声波衍射时差法检测的自动化,提高了检测效率.通过制定标准对比试块和自然缺陷试块,并采用多种检测方法进行对比,验证了该检测工艺的可靠性,并成功应用于海上油区平台之间的海底管线焊缝检测工程中,取得了显著效果.Aiming at nondestructive detection of girth weld for short distance submarine pipeline in the offshore platforms,a detection technology combining time of flight diffraction(TOFD)and pulse echo detecting technology is developed,a matching chain type automatic scanning system is researched for the process.The problem of the same weld with blind zone on the surface needing to be detected many times,low efficiency and defect omission is solved.At the same time,a chain type automatic scanner with the characteristics of adapting to a variety of pipeline diameters,flexible and convenient operation and high scanning precision is developed.The automatic detection of TOFD iS realized and the detection efficiency iS improved.The reliability of the detection technology is verified by setting standards for the test blocks and natural defect test blocks with comparing them with various detection methods.The technology has been successfully applied to the weld detection proj ect of submarine pipeline in oilfield platforms with remarkable achievements.
