摘　　要：针对电泵机组井口参数滞后于井下的运行参数,运行异常发生后时常错过最佳优化调整时机,导致异常停机的问题,引进电泵井下多参数传感器,监测井下机组运行的温度、压力、振动、泄漏电流等多个参数,详细阐述了稠油电泵井下传感器在塔河油田的应用情况,研究了各参数的相关性,总结了井下传感器的应用方法,对后期数据的诊断分析及调整优化具有一定的指导意义.Aiming at the wellhead parameters lag behind the operation parameters of the electric pump unit,it is difficult to prevent the incident in advance in production,and result in abnormal shutdown.The temperature,pressure,vibration,leakage current and other parameters of the downhole unit operation are monitored through the introduction of the downhole multi parameter sensor of electric pump.The application of downhole sensor of heavy oil electric pump in Tahe oilfield is expounded in detail.The dependency among each parameter is studied.The application method of downhole sensor is summarized.It has a certain guiding significance for the diagnosis analysis,adj ustment and optimization of the later data.
