摘  要:为探究“一带一路”倡议后湖南省入境旅游消费出现的新趋向,依据2010至2017年湖南省入境旅游消费的官方统计数据,用消费水平适应度指数、消费结构指数、消费结构变动度、消费结构熵值法,对比分析“一带一路”提出前后,湖南省入境游客旅游消费水平及消费结构变动情况。结果表明:“一带一路”提出后,湖南省入境旅游发展势头良好,但仍处于数量扩张型的低级阶段;入境旅游消费结构高级化程度较低,与发达国家相比还存在较大差距;入境游客基本消费所占比重大,交通消费一直遥遥领先,游览和娱乐消费呈现下降趋势;入境旅游消费结构的多样化程度有所降低。为此,提出开发丰富多样的高质量特色旅游产品,打造独具地方特色的旅游购物商品,建设富有创意的娱乐项目,以及优化旅游基础设施,改善旅游消费环境等改进建议。To explore the new trend of inbound tourism consumption in Hunan from the perspective of“the Belt and Road”initiative,based on official statistics of inbound tourism consumption in Hunan from 2010 to 2017,the consumption level adaptation index,consumption structure index,consumption structure change and consumption structure entropy method were used to analyze“the Belt and Road”before and after the proposed official statistics with the change of consumption level and structure of inbound tourists in Hunan Province.The results show that“the Belt and Road”,has brought about a good momentum of development in inbound tourism in Hunan,but it is still at a low stage of expansion.The degree of the advanced consumption structure of inbound tourism is relatively low,and there is a big gap between the developed countries and the developing countries.The proportion of inbound tourists is large,and the consumption of transportation has been far ahead.Tourism and entertainment consumption have been decreasing.The diversity of the structure of inbound tourism consumption has been reduced.In th end,the paper puts forward suggestions for improving tourism consumption environment,such as developing rich and diverse high-quality tourism products,creating unique local tourism shopping goods,building creative entertainment projects,and optimizing tourism infrastructure.
