摘　　要：浮式生产储油平台FPSO(floating production,storage and offloading unit)作为海上油气生产设施,是一座集油气的生产、处理、储卸、外输功能及系泊定位于一身的海上石油加工厂。FPSO把生产分离设备、注水(气)设备、公用设备以及生活设施等安装在一艘具有储油和卸油功能的油轮上,油气通过海底管道输送到单点后,经单点上的油气通道通过软管输送到油轮(FPSO)上,FPSO上的油气处理设施将油、气和水进行分离处理,分离出的合格原油储存在FPSO上的油舱内,计量标定后由穿梭油轮运走。文章主要介绍DANAFPSO天然气处理工艺流程,针对涉及的天然气压缩、脱水、除汞等工艺技术在FPSO上的应用进行了简单介绍,简要分析了各工艺处理流程特点和关键技术。FPSO(floating production,storage and offloading unit),as an offshore oil and gas production facility,is an offshore oil processing plant with the functions of oil and gas production,processing,storage and unloading,export and mooring.FPSO installs production separation equipment,water(gas)injection equipment,public equipment and living facilities on an oil tanker with oil storage and unloading functions.After the oil and gas are transported to a single point through submarine pipeline,they are transported to the oil tanker(FPSO)through the oil and gas channel at a single point via a hose.The oil and gas treatment facilities on the FPSO separate the oil,gas and water.The separated qualified crude oil is stored in the oil tank on the FPSO and transported away by the shuttle tanker after measurement and calibration.This paper mainly introduces the natural gas treatment process of DANA FPSO,briefly introduces the application of natural gas compression,dehydration,mercury removal and other process technologies in FPSO,and briefly analyzes the characteristics and key technologies of each process.
