摘 要:通过对轧辊材料进行恒温氧化试验和热蚀试验,建立氧化指数O和热蚀指数R以表征轧辊材料的高温氧化性能。试验结果显示,高速钢材料形成良好的氧化膜需要保持合适的辊面温度,过高情况下氧化膜稳定性受到影响。对于高温情况下形成氧化膜的轧辊材料设计时,需要充分考虑高温氧化性能,基于高温氧化性能试验设计的高铬合金工具钢轧辊,具有优良的高温氧化性能。By conducting constant temperature oxidation test and thermal erosion test on roll materials,the oxidation index O and thermal erosion index R have been established to characterize the high temperature oxidation performance of the roll materials. The test results show that the formation of a high-speed steel material with a good oxide film requires maintaining a suitable roller surface temperature, and the stability of the oxide film is affected when it is too high. For the design of the roll material that forms an oxide film at high temperature, it is necessary to fully consider the high-temperature oxidation performance. The high-chromium alloy tool steel roll designed based on the high-temperature oxidation performance test has excellent high-temperature oxidation performance.
