摘  要:通过中间试验确定材质最佳淬火参数,利用DEFORM模拟软件指导锻造工具钢BD辊热处理工艺的研究。产品检测结果满足技术要求,使用效果良好。研究的热处理工艺实现了Cr5锻造工具钢的开槽差温热处理,保证了辊身保持高硬度的同时,辊颈也有较高的强度和韧性。The best quenching parameters of the material have been determined through intermediate tests, and the DEFORM simulation software has been used to guide the research of the heat treatment process of forging tool steel BD roll. The product test results meet the technical requirements, and the use effect is good. The heat treatment process studied realizes the slotting and differential temperature heat treatment of Cr5 forging tool steel, which ensures that the roll body maintains high hardness while the roll neck also has high strength and toughness.
