益气解毒汤与针刺疗法治疗脾虚湿热型霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较益气解毒汤与针刺疗法治疗脾虚湿热型霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法于2016年10月-2018年10月方便选取符合诊断标准的82例脾虚湿热型霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。研究组采用针刺疗法,对照组口服益气解毒汤治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者的疗效。结果研究组治疗有效率为97.6%,明显高于对照组的80.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.116,P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组与对照组评分分别为(20.66±3.45)分、(21.46±3.78)分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.001,P>0.05);治疗后研究组与对照组评分分别为(6.87±6.12)分、(4.18±0.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.768,P<0.05)。结论益气解毒汤与针刺疗法治疗脾虚湿热型霉菌性阴道炎均有功效,无不良反应,但针刺疗法治疗效果更为理想,是一种更为安全的治疗方法。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jiedu decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of vaginal vaginitis with spleen deficiency and dampness.Methods A total of 82 patients with vaginal vaginitis with spleen deficiency and dampness from October 2016 to October 2018 were convenient selected according to the diagnostic criteria.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method.41 cases per group.The study group was treated with acupuncture and the control group was treated with Yiqi Jiedu Decoction.The efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results The treatment effective rate in the study group was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 80.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.116,P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of the study group and the control group were(20.66±3.45)points and(21.46±3.78)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=1.001,P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of the research group and the control group were(6.87±6.12)points,(4.18±3.65)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.768,P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jiedu decoction and acupuncture therapy have curative effect on spleen-deficiency and damp-heat type fungal vaginitis.There is no adverse reaction,but acupuncture therapy is more ideal and it is a safer treatment.
