摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情既是对各国治理模式、全球治理体系的大考,也是对社会制度和制度文明的测试。中国抗疫与复工复产的平衡、克服危即是机的平衡、完善国内卫生治理体系与贡献全球公共卫生治理的平衡,与美国等西方国家形成鲜明对比。我国在国内坚持以人民为中心的执政理念,在国际上倡导构建人类命运共同体,成为新时代最具代表性的中国智慧与中国方案。中国抗疫成就彰显了新时代“四个自信”,凸显了中国特色社会主义的优越性,折射了社会主义文明、东方文明的伟大复兴,是中华民族伟大复兴的应有之义。新冠肺炎疫情激发治理模式大反思,纵观历史,大疫往往是文明兴衰的加速器;展望未来,大疫也将是人类文明创新的催化剂。The handling of COVID-19 is not only a test of national governance for each country,but also a test of social systems and institutions.The balance between China’s anti-epidemic efforts and resumption of production,and that between improving its domestic health system and contributing to global public health governance have been a sharp contrast with what the United States and the West have been doing.The people-centered concept of governance at home and the idea of building a human community with a shared future have turned out the most representative Chinese plan and Chinese wisdom in the new era.China’s anti-COVID-19 achievements have demonstrated our confidence in China’s path,guiding theories,political system,and culture,proved the superiority of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,and reflected the great revival of socialist as well as oriental civilizations.The COVID-19 pandemic stimulates us to reflect on the governance model.In human history,a pandemic has often accelerated the rise and fall of a certain civilization.It is true with COVID-19,which will also be a catalyst for innovation in human civilization.
