摘　　要：针对企业专用铁路安全管理面临的问题,提出一种基于地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)的企业专用铁路生产安全管理系统。该系统以高可靠性的车列定位和GIS技术为核心,基于SQL Server和J2EE的SSM框架实现数据访问和业务逻辑处理,采用GeoServer作为Web展示框架,构建具备生产监控和即时安全管理功能的信息系统。应用情况表明,该系统能实时反应铁路生产情况和安全动态,发现并监督整改安全隐患,提高企业专用铁路安全管理能力。In order to solve the problems of safety management of enterprise special railway,this paper proposed a production safety management system for enterprise dedicated railway based on GIS.The system took the train positioning and geographic information system(GIS)technology of high reliability as the core,implemented data access and business logic processing based on SSM framework of SQL Server and J2EE,and used GeoServer as Web display framework to build an information system with production monitoring and instant safety management functions.The application shows that the system can real-time reflect the railway production situation and safety trends,discover and supervise the rectification of hidden dangers,and improve the safety management ability of enterprise dedicated railway.
