摘 要:基于185 k W电机驱动系统对无隔离套、双永磁体盘同步型耦合器应用于矿用直驱电机系统时的传动性能开展了相关研究。首先分析了同步型永磁耦合器结构及工作原理,进而进行了磁场仿真、永磁体安装受力分析及过载运行状态下的温度场分布计算。主要结果如下:采用10对级形式,最大传递扭矩达到2 600 N·m,满足185 k W电机驱动系统需求;单块永磁体安装受力较小低于46 N,而永磁转子内外套轴向力为1 000 N,不对中1 mm情况径向力320 N,需特定工装进行安装;永磁体最高温度114℃,过载系数2.0以上,满足过载运行需求。Based on the 185 kW motor drive system, the transmission performance is studied about the double permanent magnet disc synchronous couplers without isolation sleeves applied in mine direct-drive motor systems. Firstly, the structure and working principle of the synchronous permanent magnet couplers are analyzed, and then the magnetic field simulation, permanent magnet installation force analysis and temperature field distribution calculation under overload operation state are carried out. The main results are as follows: the maximum transmission torque reaches 2 600 N·m by using the form of 10 pairs, which meets the requirements of the 185 kW motor drive system;the installation force of a single permanent magnet is less than 46 N, and the axial force of inner and outer sleeve of the permanent magnet rotor is 1 000 N, and the radial force is 320 N in the case of misalignment 1 mm, thus the specific tools are required for the installation;the maximum temperature of the permanent magnet is 114 ℃, and the overload coefficient is above 2.0, which meets the requirements of overload operation.
