快递企业涉足物流保险业的可行性研究

摘　　要：通过对快递企业涉足物流保险业的可行性研究,文中提出快递企业涉足物流保险业的四种路径:短期可在某财险公司下成立物流保险事业部、长期可成立专业物流保险公司、控股保险公司或成立保险经纪公司,并指出各途径的优劣势,以期能为快递企业涉足物流保险业提供决策参考,从而助力快递企业进一步完善风险管控体系、建设多元化的业务体系。Based on the feasibility study of express companies’ involvement in logistics insurance industry,the author puts forward four ways for express companies to involve in logistics insurance industry: Logistics insurance business department can be established under a property insurance company in a short term;Professional logistics insurance company can be established for a long time;Holding insurance company;Or establish an insurance brokerage company. And points out the advantages and disadvantages of each way,in order to provide decision-making reference for the express companies involved in the logistics insurance industry. So as to help express companies to further improve the risk management and control system and build a diversified business system.
