摘  要:设计了一种直流输出不间断电源,使用超级电容作为储能元件,利用单片机的辅助电源经防反二极管和限流电阻为超级电容充电,超级电容给DC-DC变换器供电,DC-DC变换器输出串联防反二极管再连接至辅助电源。当辅助电源电压低于设定阈值时,DC-DC变换器开始输出。同时利用电压监视芯片实时监视辅助电源电压,当辅助电源电压低于设定值时,电压监视芯片产生复位输出来禁用DC-DC变换器。本设计结构简单、体积小,经测试,在系统输入电压突降为100%、电压中断为0.5 s的条件下,仍能保证功率为15 W的设备正常工作。A DC output uninterruptible power supply is designed,which uses the super capacitor as the energy storage element,uses the auxiliary power of the single chip computer to charge the super capacitor through the anti-diode and the current limiting resistance,and the super DC-DC converter is powered by the super capacitor,the output of the DC-DC converter is series anti-diode and connected to the auxiliary power supply.When the auxiliary power supply voltage falls below the set threshold,the DC-DC converter begins to output.At the same time,the voltage monitor chip is used to monitor the auxiliary power supply voltage in real time.When the auxiliary power supply voltage is lower than the set value,the reset output of the voltage monitor chip is generated to disable the DC-DC converter.The design is simple in structure,small in size,and can ensure the 15 W power device to work normally under the condition of 100%input voltage sudden drop and 0.5 s voltage interruption.
