摘 要:本文测定不同生长季节(3月、6月、10月)二郎山亚高山公路边坡的土壤氮素含量、微生物群落组成,探讨了两者间的相关性,旨在为该区域受损公路边坡植被恢复提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)与3月相比,4个样点土壤全氮含量呈现6月增加、10月减少;其中:铵态氮含量6月减少、10月增加的变化趋势;(2)3月、6月、10月各样点土壤细菌群落物种丰度指数的变化幅度分别为3530~3745、5018~6030、4121~5504,其中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)为该区域公路边坡土壤中门分类水平下的优势菌群;马赛菌属(Massilia)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)和黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)是该区域属分类水平下的优势菌群;(3)相关性分析结果表明,绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)细菌丰富度与土壤总氮含量显著(P<0.05)正相关,与铵态氮含量极显著(P<0.01)负相关,厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)细菌丰富度与铵态氮含量极显著(P<0.01)正相关。Soil nitrogen(N)content,microbial community composition and their correlations were investigated in the highway slopes of the subalpine area of the Erlang Mountain at different growing seasons(March,June and October).The results showed that:(1)Compared with March,the total soil N content in four sampling points increased in June and decreased in October,while the content of soil ammonium N(NH4+-N)decreased in June and increased in October;(2)The Chao 1 index of soil bacterial community in each sampling point changed at the range of 3530-3745,5018-6030 and 4121-5504 in March,June and October,respectively.Proteobacteria,Bacteriodetes,Firmicutes,Acidobacteria and Actinobacteriawerethe dominant bacterial community at phylum level.Massilia,Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas and Flarobacteriumwere the dominant bacterial communityat genus level;(3)The richness of Chloroflexi was significantly positively related with total N content and extremely significantly negatively related with NH4+-N,and that of Firmicutes was extremely significantly positively correlated with NH4+-N.These research results were of great significance for the vegetation restoration in the damaged highway slopes in this region.
