摘 要:为了提高球磨机的磨矿能力,降低磨矿能耗,实现提产保质的目标,某磁铁矿选矿厂分别使用3种不同规格的磨矿介质进行了提高球磨效率的探索试验。试验结果表明,在同等条件下,使用较小的φ25 mm钢球介质比使用其他磨矿介质得到的磨矿产品粒度更细,精矿品位更高。利用离散元法(DEM)对3种钢球在球磨机中的运动轨迹进行模拟分析也表明,较小尺寸的钢球介质更加有利于提高磨矿效率,节省能耗。In order to enhance the grinding capacity and reduce the grinding energy consumption of the ball mill,so as to increase productivity and guarantee quality,three kinds of grinding medium were separately applied to conduct exploratory test for increasing productivity in a magnetic ore concentrator.Test results showed:at the same conditions,the product obtained after the application of fair small φ25 mm grinding medium was finer than other grinding medium,and the concentrate grade was higher also.DEM was applied to simulate the motion trajectory of three kinds of grinding ball in ball mill,and the simulation results showed the smaller grinding ball was contributive to the enhancement of grinding efficiency and the reduction of energy consumption.
