摘  要:为研究采煤机截割部齿轮传动系统在突变工况下的动力学特性,建立了截割电动机、齿轮传动系统和截割滚筒的采煤机截割部传动系统动力学模型。以电动机输出转速为驱动,以截割滚筒所受转矩为负载,研究了系统在稳定工况、截割负载突变和牵引速度变化情况下采煤机截割部齿轮传动系统动力学特性。结果表明:受负载转矩的影响,稳定工况下低速级行星齿轮部分受外部载荷直接作用,振动最大,随着传动链中阻尼的消振作用,高速部分齿轮副的振动逐渐减弱;截割负载突变和牵引速度的增加使传动系统中高速级齿轮的振动和受力明显加剧。In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system for the cutting unit of the shearer in sudden change condition,its dynamic model was established.The output speed of the motor being taken as the drive and the torque of the cutting drum as the load,the dynamic characteristics of the system were studied in the condition of stable operation,sudden change of cutting load and variation of traction speed.Results showed:in the condition of stable operation,due to the influence of the load torque,partial low-speed planetary gear was directly acted by external load,which resulted in the most severe vibration;with the damping effects in the transmission chain,the vibration of partial high-speed gear pair gradually weakened;the sudden change of the cutting load and the increase in the traction speed aggregated the vibration and the stress of the high-speed gear in the transmission system.
