摘  要:采用传统固相技术和微波技术合成铌酸钾钠基陶瓷(Na0.535K0.48)Nb0.91Sb0.09O3(NKNS)粉体,用微波技术合成的粉体为原料,分别采用传统烧结和微波烧结制备(Na0.535K0.48)Nb0.91Sb0.09O3+x%CaO-B2O3(NKNS-xCB)陶瓷样品,并研究了掺杂剂含量、两种烧结工艺对陶瓷相结构和性能的影响。结果表明:在相同温度下,微波技术合成NKNS陶瓷粉体所用的时间是传统固相技术所用时间的1/6。与传统烧结相比,微波烧结使NKNS-xCB陶瓷的烧结时间缩短3/4,且在相同的温度下微波烧结的样品具有较高的致密度和较好的电学性能。x=0.50的陶瓷样品在1020℃微波烧结30min具有优异的电学性能:d33=225pC/N,kp=40.2%,εr=647。表明微波技术是一种很有应用前景的NKN基陶瓷制备技术。(Na0.535K0.48)Nb0.91Sb0.09O3+x%CaO-B2O3 (NKNS-xCB) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated by conventional and microwave heating processes.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy,and the effects of dopant content and heating process on the phase structure and properties of as-prepared ceramics were also investigated.The results reveal that the duration used to synthesize NKNS ceramic powder by microwave heating process is 1/6 of that by conventional heating process.The duration of microwave heating process is only 3/4 times shorter than that of conventional heating process for the fabrication of NKNS-xCB ceramic,and the samples prepared by microwave heating process have a greater density and better electrical properties.The excellent piezoelectric properties (i.e.,d33=225 pC/N,kp=40.2%,and εr=647) are obtained for the sample with x=0.50 fabricated by microwave heating process at 1 020℃for 30 min,indicating that microwave heating is a promising method for the fabriction of NKN-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramic.
