摘 要:以分离于东北地区的小菇真菌菌株为试验材料,采用萌发率测定试验,探讨其是否能促进天麻种子的萌发,从而筛选出能促进天麻种子较高萌发率的新菌株。结果表明:试验菌株中有2种菌株能促进天麻种子的萌发,经鉴定分别为黄缘小菇Mycena citrinomarginata Gillet(采自内蒙古根河市满归镇孟贵县)和紫褐小菇Mycena purpureofusca(Peck)Sacc.(采自吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州安图县二道白河镇老山门)。在萌发率对比试验中,紫褐小菇组的萌发率为34.99%,略高于市场上广泛使用的石斛小菇(30.78%)。黄缘小菇组的萌发率为30.33%。该研究为增加天麻萌发菌种类提供了参考依据。The good strain of Mycena accelerating seed germination and enhancing yield of Gastrodia elata were selected by comparing the germination rate test and effect of germination among different strains in northeast of China.The results showed that two strains were identified as Mycena citrinomarginata(Menggui County,Mangui Town,Genhe City,Inner Mongolia)and Mycena purpureofusca(Laoshanmen,Erdaobaihe Town,Antu County,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,Jilin Province),which could promote the germination of Gastrodia elata seeds.In the comparison test of germination rate,the germination rate of Mycena purpureofusca group was 34.99%,which was slightly higher than that of Mycena dendrobii widely used in the market(30.78%).The Mycena citrinomarginata group was 30.33%.This study provided a foundation for further research to increase the available strains of germination fungi.
