替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷治疗心脏介入术后患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对心脏介入术患者分别选择替格瑞洛以及氯吡格雷药物进行治疗后对其冠状动脉内皮功能产生的影响。方法便利选取2016年1月—2018年2月该院收治的117例心脏介入术患者作为研究对象;按照数字奇偶法将其分为对照组(58例)与实验组(59例),对照组患者采用氯吡格雷用药方法;实验组采用替格瑞洛用药方法,比较两组心脏介入术患者的iNOS水平、ET-1水平、用药满意度、预后评分。结果实验组心脏介入术患者手术后各时间段iNOS水平均高于对照组明显,治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月数据为(67.99±20.15)U/L,(93.25±30.99)U/L,(131.99±40.25)U/L。ET-1水平均低于对照组明显,治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月数据为(31.25±10.92)pg/mL,(40.12±10.25)pg/mL,(43.15±13.25)pg/mL。实验组心脏介入患者的用药满意度评分(92.22±5.39)分以及预后评分(91.72±5.63分)明显高于对照患者,两组之间的数据,差异有统计学意义(t=11.202、9.380.P=0.000、0.000)。结论心脏介入术患者接受替格瑞洛药物治疗后,对于冠状动脉内皮功能的改善以及加快患者康复程度奠定基础。Objective To explore the effects of ticagrelor and clopidogrel on coronary artery endothelial function in patients undergoing cardiac intervention.Methods 117 patients undergoing cardiac intervention in the hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were convenient selected as the research object;they were divided into a control group(58 cases)and an experimental group(59 cases)according to the digital parity method.The control group used clopidogrel medication;the experimental group used ticagrelor medication and compared iNOS levels,ET-1 levels,medication satisfaction,and prognostic scores between the two groups of patients undergoing cardiac intervention.Results The iNOS level of patients in the experimental group after cardiac intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group at each time period after operation.The data at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment were(67.99±20.15)U/L,(93.25±30.99)U/L,(131.99±40.25)U/L.The level of ET-1 was significantly lower than that of the control group.The data at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment were(31.25±10.92)pg/mL,(40.12±10.25)pg/mL,(43.15±13.25)pg/mL.The medication satisfaction scores(92.22±5.39)points and prognosis scores(91.72±5.63)points of patients with cardiac intervention in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.202,9.380.P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion After receiving ticagrelor in patients undergoing cardiac intervention,it will lay a foundation for the improvement of coronary endothelial function and the accelerated recovery of patients.
