摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在新生儿高间接胆红素血症应用效果及对总胆红素水平分析。方法方便选择该院2018年3月—2019年3月收治新生儿高间接胆红素血症患儿100例临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例实施常规护理,研究组50例予以临床护理路径,对两组总胆红素水平、住院时间与住院费用及满意度进行比较。结果研究组干预后总胆红素水平(142.51±20.53)μmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组住院时间与住院费用均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组满意度为78.00%比研究组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径应用于高间接胆红素血症患儿中,能促进患儿早日康复,减少住院费用,还能提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing path in neonatal hyperindirect bilirubinemia application effect and total bilirubin analysis.Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of neonatal hyperindirect bilirubinemia in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received 50 cases of routine care.The research group of 50 cases were given a clinical nursing path,and the total bilirubin level,length of stay in hospital,cost of hospitalization and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total bilirubin level of the study group after intervention(142.51±20.53)μmol/L was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the study group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group of the satisfaction degree was 78.00%,which was lower than the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathways in children with hyperindirect bilirubinemia can promote the early recovery of children,reduce hospitalization costs,and improve nursing satisfaction.
