细节护理在手术室提升护理安全与质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全与质量中的应用效果。方法方便选取2018年4月—2019年2月期间在该院进行手术治疗的104例患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者均来自不同科室并分为常规组和观察组,常规组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加入细节护理,对比患者对两种护理方法的满意度、手术风险时间发生率以及安全护理质控评分。结果观察组基础护理工作、服务态度、护理知识告知、病房管理、工作能力、关爱患者等满意度均高于常规组(P<0.05);在风险事件发生率对比中,观察组为7.69%,常规组为23.08%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.727,P=0.029<0.05);护理后的安全护理质控评分中,观察组消毒隔离、器械配合、巡回配合、设备仪器、护理人员配合度等评分均高于常规组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室安全护理中采用手术室细节护理有效减少了风险事件发生率,患者护理满意度评价较高,安全质控效果较高。Objective To explore the effect of operating room detail nursing in ensuring the safety and quality of operating room nursing.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 104 patients undergoing surgical treatment in thehospital from April 2018 to February 2019,who were convenienty selected.All patients were from different departments.They were divided into a conventional group and an observation group according to sampling.The conventional group adopted routine nursing,the observation group added detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the patients'satisfaction with the two nursing methods,the incidence of surgical risk time,and the safety control quality control score.Results The observation group's basic nursing work,service attitude,nursing knowledge notification,ward management,work ability,and patient care were all higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);in the comparison of the incidence of risk events,the observation group was 7.69%,The normal group was 23.08%,the data difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.727,P=0.029<0.05);in the safety care quality control score after nursing,the observation group disinfection isolation,equipment coordination,tour cooperation,equipment,nursing staff scores such as cooperation degree were higher than those in the conventional group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of operating room detail nursing in the operating room safety nursing has effectively reduced the incidence of risk events.The patient's nursing satisfaction evaluation is high,and the safety quality control effect is high.
