超声引导经皮肝穿刺置管引流治疗细菌性肝脓肿的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究超声引导经皮肝穿刺置管引流治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床治疗效果。方法该次研究中的观察对象均选自2017年1月—2019年10月期间在该院接受治疗的细菌性肝脓肿患者,共便利抽选92例,所有患者经单盲分组法被分为两组,参照组应用腹腔镜引流手术方式对患者施以治疗,试验组利用超声引导经皮肝穿刺置管引流手术方式对患者施以治疗,对两组患者的手术指标予以分析,并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的手术时间、体温恢复至正常标准时间、白细胞计数指标恢复至正常时间、住院时间以及临床治疗总有效率分别为(42.55±3.33)min、(3.06±0.84)d、(5.06±2.21)d、(14.83±2.04)d、95.7%,各项指标均明显优于参照组(t=28.896,P=0.000;t=6.867,P=0.000;t=4.578,P=0.000;t=8.958,P=0.000;χ2=5.059,P=0.024)。结论细菌性肝脓肿患者在超声引导经皮肝穿刺置管引流手术方式,可提高临床治疗效果,对于促进患者康复具有积极意义。Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous hepatic puncture catheter drainage for bacterial liver abscess.Methods The observation objects in this study were convenienty selected from patients with bacterial liver abscess who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019.A total of 92 patients were selected.All patients were divided into single blind grouping methods.In the two groups,the reference group used laparoscopic drainage to treat the patients.The experimental group used ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver puncture catheterization to treat the patients.The surgical indicators,treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The operation time,the time for the body temperature to return to normal,the time for the white blood cell count to return to normal,the length of hospitalization,and the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group were(42.55±3.33)min,(3.06±0.84)d,(5.06±2.21)d,(14.83±2.04)d,95.7%,all indicators were significantly better than the reference group(t=28.896,P=0.000;t=6.867,P=0.000;t=4.578,P=0.000;t=8.958,P=0.000;χ2=5.059,P=0.024).Conclusion The method of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic catheterization drainage for patients with bacterial liver abscess can improve the clinical treatment effect,which has a positive significance for promoting the rehabilitation of patients+.
