摘 要:目的:基于个体正常股骨头患者的CT图像,对正常髋关节进行三维重建,获取具有高度相似性的三维有限元网格模型,探索正常股骨头的力学安全性及有效性.方法:选择1例青年男性正常髋关节的患者,获取CT图像,采用Mimics16.0、Geomagic Studio2014、Hypermesh13.0和MSC.Patran2012/MSC.Nastran2012软件建立了具有高度相似性的髋关节三维有限元网格模型,包括正常皮质骨、松质骨、关节软骨等,较真实地反映了正常髋关节的形态特征及力学特性变化.结果:正常股骨头的力学特性及峰值接触压力、平均接触压力与目前国内外的研究接近.结论:建立的正常髋关节三维有限元模型的有效性得到验证,为进一步的生物力学分析和下一步股骨头坏死等手术模拟提供了较理想的研究平台.Objective:At present,the clinical effect of hip-conserving treatment for femoral head necrosis has not been clear,and fi-nite element analysis has gradually developed to provide a powerful platform for the prospective study of hip-conserving without injury.It is very important to establish an effective finite element model of the normal hip for the next research.Based on the CT images of normal femoral head patients,three-dimensional reconstruction of normal hip joint was carried out to obtain a three-dimensional finite element mesh model with high similarity,and to explore the mechanical safety and effectiveness of normal femoral head.Methods:A young male patient with normal hip joint was selected to obtain three sets of CT images.Three-dimensional finite element mesh models of hip joint with high similarity were established by using Mimics 16.0,Geomagic Studio 2014,Hypermesh 13.0 and MSC.Patran 2012/MSC.Nas-tran 2012 software,including normal cortical bone,cancellous bone and articular cartilage.It truly reflects the changes of morphological and mechanical characteristics of normal hip joint.Results:The mechanical properties,peak contact pressure and average contact pres-sure of the normal femoral head were similar to those of the current domestic and foreign studies.Conclusion:The validity of the three-dimensional finite element model of normal hip joint is verified,which provides an ideal research platform for further biomechanical analy-sis and surgical simulation of femoral head necrosis.
