骨髁上杵臼截骨联合关节镜手术治疗成人膝关节外翻畸形的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的:观察研究骨髁上杵臼截骨联合关节镜手术治疗成人膝关节外翻畸形的有效性及安全性.方法:选择我院在2018年3月-2019年3月1年期间收治的40例患者,共44膝患有成人膝关节外翻畸形的患者,所有患者均接受骨髁上杵臼截骨手术联合关节镜手术治疗,对治疗前后的效果进行比较.结果:接受治疗的40例患者膝关节功能以及骨骼愈合情况良好,关节外翻畸形现象得到有效矫正,术后有效性评分也明显较高,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于成人膝关节外翻畸形患者,在关节镜手术治疗的同时接受骨髁上杵臼截骨手术治疗,可以使治疗效果得到巩固,提高安全性和有效性,具备临床推广应用价值.Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of epiphyseal osteotomy and arthroscopic surgery for the treatment of knee val-gus deformity in adults.Methods:A total of 40 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019,a total of 44 knee pa-tients with adult knee valgus deformity,all patients underwent osteophyte sacral osteotomy combined with joints Mirror surgery,compare the treatment effects before and after treatment.Results:The 40 patients who underwent treatment had good knee function and bone heal-ing,and the valgus deformity was effectively corrected.The postoperative effectiveness score was also significantly higher.The difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For adults with knee valgus deformity,the treatment of osteophyte sacral osteotomy at the same time as arthroscopic surgery can consolidate the treatment effect,improve safety and effectiveness,and have clinical application value.
