传统手法复位小夹板或石膏外固定与手术治疗柯雷氏骨折效果比较分析

摘　　要：目的:对柯雷氏骨折患者应用传统手法复位小夹板或石膏外固定、手术方式进行治疗,观察、对比不同治疗方案的临床应用效果.方法:从2014年12月-2018年12月期间在本院接受治疗的柯雷氏骨折患者中随机选择123例进行研究,分为3组,每组41例,分别应用传统手法复位小夹板(手法复位组)或石膏外固定(外固定组)、手术方式进行治疗(手术治疗组).结果:手法复位组、外固定组、手术治疗组总有效率分别为90.24%、95.12%、92.68%,组间比较差异不明显,P>0.05.经治疗前后组内评估与比较,可得不同方案治疗柯雷氏骨折均在改善患者临床自主生活能力方面获得理想效果,治疗后的自主生活能力BI评分均明显高于本组治疗前,P<0.05,但治疗前与治疗后分别进行组间比较,评分差异均不明显,P>0.05.结论:对柯雷氏骨折患者应用传统手法复位小夹板或石膏外固定、手术方式进行治疗均能获得理想的治疗效果,显著改善患者的自主生活能力,临床可结合实际情况选用合适的治疗方案.Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of different treatment schemes in patients with Keleishi fracture by tra-ditional methods of reduction of splint or external fixation of gypsum.Methods:123 cases were randomly selected and divided into three groups of 41 cases from December 2014 to December 2018 for Keleishi fracture.The traditional methods were used to reset the splint(the technique reset group)or the plaster external fixation(the external fixation group)and the surgical treatment(the surgical treatment group).Results:The total effective rates were 90.24%,95.12%and 92.68%in the manipulation reduction group,external fixation group and surgical treatment group,respectively.After the evaluation and comparison between the treatment group and the treatment group,the differ-ent treatments for the Keleishi fracture all achieved the ideal effect in improving the patient's clinical autonomy.After the treatment,the BI score of the autonomy was significantly higher than that before the treatment.P<UNK>0.05,However,there was no significant difference in score between the group before and after treatment,P>0.05.Conclusion:the treatment of Keleishi fracture patients using traditional methods to reset the splint or gypsum external fixation,surgical methods can obtain the ideal treatment effect,significantly improve the pa-tient's independent living ability,clinical can be combined with the actual situation to choose a suitable treatment plan.
