加速康复外科护理在椎间盘镜腰椎髓核摘除术患者围术期的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加速康复外科理念(ERAS)对椎间盘镜髓核摘除术患者围术期护理的应用效果.方法:选择2017年6月-2018年8月天津医院脊柱微创外科收治的接受椎间孔镜腰椎髓核摘除术患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组给予ERAS护理,对照组给予常规护理.结果:2组患者在术后VAS均显著降低.观察组在术后第1天VAS评分显著低于对照组(1.94±0.71 vs 2.26±0.80,P=0.038).观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P=0.046).观察组患者的住院时间显著短于对照组(5.94±1.19 vs 8.96±1.81,P<0.001).观察组患者住院期间护理满意度(4.28±0.81 vs 3.34±0.98,P<0.001)及睡眠质量(4.28±0.81 vs 3.34±0.98,P<0.001)均显著高于对照组.结论:ERAS护理理念有助于椎间盘镜腰椎髓核摘除术患者的术后康复,降低术后并发症,并提高患者的舒适度及满意度.Objective:To observe the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing mode in patients undergoing microen-doscopic discectomy.Methods:100 patients received microendoscopic discectomy in Tianjin Hospital in 2017.6 to 2018.8 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients of observation group were treated with ERAS nursing mode,while patients of control group were treated with traditional nursing mode.Results:VAS score of both groups decreased significantly after opera-tion.The VAS score of the patients of observation group on the first day after operation was significantly lower than that of patients of the control group(1.94±0.71 vs 2.26±0.80,P=0.038).The average length of hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(5.94±1.19 vs 8.96±1.81,P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction(4.28±0.81 vs 3.34±0.98,P<0.001)and sleeping quality(4.28±0.81 vs 3.34±0.98,P<0.001)of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:ERAS nursing mode can accelerate recovery,reduce postoperative complications rate and improve comfort and satisfaction of patients un-derwent microendoscopic discectomy.
