摘 要:本文对压气机试验中压力扫描阀参考端的选取进行了研究,通过测量不确定度分析得到压力扫描阀压差传感器与绝压传感器量程的理论最优分配关系,并以此为依据提出了选取级间壁面静压作为参考端的方案。为验证该方案的可行性与有效性,本文以某十级高压压气机试验为例,分析大气压作为参考端与压气机出口壁面静压作为参考端的测量数据,对比了两种方案下压气机出口总压的测量不确定度。结果表明,对于高压比工况,使用压气机出口壁面静压作为参考端,压气机出口总压测量的扩展不确定度可降低约0.4kPa,对于提升压气机高转速工况的压力测量精度意义不大。对于压比不小于3的工况,使用壁面静压作为参考端可保证出口总压测量相对扩展不确定度小于0.2%,显著提高了中低转速工况的压力测量精度。The reference layer for the pressure scanners in the compressor test is investigated through theoretical analysis and test data.Using the static pressure in compressor stages as the reference layer is proposed based on the theoretical optimal ratio of range between the differential pressure sensor and the absolute pressure sensor.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness,this methodology has been adopted in a ten-stage compressor test.Indicated by the result,the expanded measurement uncertainty of the total pressure at compressor outlet can be reduced by approximately 0.4kPa,which has little effect on improving the pressure measurement accuracy under high-speed operating conditions of the compressor.However,the relative expanded uncertainty is less than 0.2%for the operating conditions where the pressure ratio is higher than 3,which significantly improves the pressure measurement accuracy at low and medium speeds.
