摘 要:作为生物质的木材其表面易受到环境的影响,从而影响使用寿命。为提高木材使用效率,采用稀土配合物处理木材,使木材具有一定的发光性的同时增强木材的表面稳定性。采用邻苯二甲酰氯和硅烷偶联剂制备改性配体与六水合硝酸铽反应制得稀土配合物,用一定浓度的稀土配合物与杨木在一定时间和温度下反应得到改性木材,然后在相同条件下,将改性木材和原木材放入紫外老化箱老化480 h。通过红外光谱,扫描电子显微镜及表面颜色分析,分析老化前后木材表面的化学元素和微观形态的变化以及老化过程中表面颜色变化并得出表面颜色稳定的最佳制备条件。结果表明:老化过程中改性木材的表面具有较好的稳定性,老化前后改性木材表面颜色的明暗度指数(ΔL)和总色差指数(ΔE)均小于原木并且当改性木材制备条件为铽配合物浓度0.04 mol/L、反应温度40℃、反应时间4 h时,表面颜色明暗度指数最稳定,在铽配合物浓度0.04 mol/L、反应温度60℃、反应时间12 h时表面颜色总变化值最稳定。Wood surfaces contain a large amount of water-absorptive hydroxyl groups and are easily affected by the surrounding environment,like high relative humidity and solar irradiation.In order to promote the use of wood products,wood surface needs to be modified.In this work,Tb 3+complex was chosen to modify wood surface to enhance its surface color stability.Based on the previous studies,the phthalic acid chloride and silane coupling agent were used to prepare the modified ligand,and then reacted with the terbium hexahydrate nitrate to form Tb 3+complex.The complex in different concentrations reacted with natural wood with different reaction times and temperatures to synthesize modified wood.The natural wood and modified wood were exposed under the ultraviolet irradiation for 480 h with the same conditions and recorded the surface color change with a CIE 1975 L a b system.The chemical and microstructure changes between the natural wood and modified wood before and after the ultraviolet aging were recorded by the Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).According to the FT-IR spectrum and SEM examination,it was indicated that the terbium complex reacted with and adhered to the wood surface,which did not cause substantial change after the ultraviolet aging.Comparing with the natural wood,the modified wood showed less surface color change value in lightness(ΔL)and total color change(ΔE)after the 480-h ultraviolet irradiation.The optimum conditions for preparing the stable surface inΔL were the terbium complex concentration of 0.04 mol/L,4-h reaction time and 40℃reaction temperature to synthesize the modified wood.As forΔE,it was desired the terbium complex concentration of 0.04 mol/L,12-h reaction time and 45℃reaction temperature to synthesize the modified wood.These results proved that the modified wood had good stability on surface chemical properties and reduced the surface color change value throughout the ultraviolet irradiation effectively.This work can open a new
