义务征兵与大学生社会责任感培育问题研究

摘　　要：通过分析义务征兵对于当前大学生社会责任感培育的针对性作用,确定义务征兵为培育高校大学生社会责任意识的有效途径,进而提出做好国防教育、政策宣传以及各项保障工作等3个方面促动大学生参军入伍的对策措施,以期为高校大学生社会责任感培育提供有效方案。By analyzing the corresponding influence of compulsory conscription on the cultivation of college students’sense of social responsibility,this paper determines that compulsory conscription is an effective way to cultivate college students’sense of social responsibility.And then puts forward the countermeasures to promote college students to join the army in three aspects,such as national defense education,policy propaganda and various guarantee work,so as to provide an effective plan for the cultivation of college students’sense of social responsibility.
