摘　　要：文章以安徽省淠史杭灌区管理总局淠河管理局为例,分析了当前基层党建工作的现状和存在的问题,提出了相应方法和措施,以促进基层党建工作水平实现新提升。Taking the administration of pishihang irrigation district management administration p.i river in Anhui province as an example,this paper briefly analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the grass-roots party construction work,and puts forward the corresponding methods and measures to promote the grass-roots Party Construction work level to achieve new improvement.
