摘　　要：为拓宽本科生创新实践能力的培养途径,充分发挥国家级实验教学示范中心的示范辐射作用,大连理工大学土木水利国家级实验教学示范中心深入推进实验教学改革,融合研究型大学一流学科资源,构建了适合于本科生的创新实践平台,率先设立了本科生创新研究开放基金,面向国内外高校本科生开放,并建立健全了管理制度、运行经费、指导队伍等保障机制。运行效果表明:本科生创新研究开放基金的设立有效促进了优质实验教学资源的共享。In order to broaden the way of cultivating undergraduates’innovative and practical ability and give full play to the demonstration and radiation function of the national experimental teaching demonstration center,the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Civil Engineering and Water Conservancy in Dalian University of Technology has promoted the reform of experimental teaching,integrated together the first-class discipline resources of the research university and built an innovative practice platform suitable for undergraduates.The Center took the lead in setting up the undergraduate innovation research open funds which is open to undergraduates at home and abroad,and improved the guarantee mechanisms for management system,operating funds,guidance team,etc.The operation results show that the establishment of open funds for undergraduate innovation research effectively promotes the sharing of high-quality experimental teaching resources.
