摘　　要：目的观察甲维盐和高效氯氰菊酯混配对小鼠睾丸细胞的遗传损伤作用。方法将40只清洁级雄性小鼠随机分为4组,作为对照组、甲维盐组、高效氯氰菊酯组和甲维盐+高效氯氰菊酯组,每组10只,通过每日一次灌胃染毒,连续染毒30 d后,采用TUNEL法及彗星实验来分别检测小鼠睾丸细胞凋亡及DNA损伤情况。结果与对照组相比,各染毒组小鼠睾丸细胞凋亡率增加具有统计学意义(P<0.05);混配组的尾长、Olive尾距增加具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种农药混配后对小鼠睾丸细胞凋亡、尾长、Olive尾距以及尾部DNA(%)的交互作用无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲维盐及高效氯氰菊酯混配染毒可诱导雄性小鼠睾丸细胞凋亡率升高及导致DNA损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of a mixture of emamectin benzoate and beta-cypermethrin in the genetic damage of mouse testicular cells.Methods A total of 40 clean male mice were randomly divided into control group(n=10),emamectin benzoate group(n=10),beta-cypermethrin group(n=10),and emamectin benzoate+beta-cypermethrin group(n=10).After continuous intragastric administration once daily for30 days,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling and comet assay were used to evaluate testicular cell apoptosis and DNA damage in the mice.Results Compared with the control group,all the exposure groups had significantly higher apoptosis rates of testicular cells(P<0.05);the emamectin benzoate+beta-cypermethrin group had significantly greater tail length and Olive tail moment(P<0.05).There were no significant interactions between emamectin benzoate and beta-cypermethrin in terms of testicular cell apoptosis rate,tail length,Olive tail moment,and tail DNA(%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Exposure to the mixture of emamectin benzoate and beta-cypermethrin can induce an increase in the apoptosis rate of mouse testicular cells and lead to DNA damage.
