摘　　要：目的:解决电子医嘱中附加费用的错收、漏收问题,提高医护人员临床工作效率。方法:采用C/S架构,以ORACLE为数据库,使用PowerBuilder开发工具,设计电子医嘱自动关联附加费用算法流程,将药品用法与物价收费项目逐条匹配,实现附加费用的自动收费。结果:完成电子医嘱改造升级,医嘱执行系统自动完成附加费用收费,有效解决之前附加费用错收和漏收等问题。结论:电子医嘱附加费用自动计费系统有效提高收费准确率,解决附加费用漏收、错收等问题,提高了医院的整体工作效率和患者满意度。Objective:To solve the problem of wrong charge and missing charge of additional charges in electronic medical order,and to improve the clinical work efficiency of medical staff.Methods:Using C/S architecture,Oracle as database and PowerBuilder development tools,the algorithm flow of automatic association of electronic medical orders with additional charges was designed.The drug usage and price items were matched one by one to realize the automatic charging of additional fees.Results:Complete the transformation and upgrading of electronic medical order,and the medical order execution system automatically completes the surcharge charges,effectively resolving the problems of mistake and omission of surcharge charges before.Conclusion:Electronic medical order additional cost automatic billing system can effectively improve the accuracy of charges,perfectly solve the problems of missing and wrong acceptance of additional charges,improves the overall working efficiency of the hospital,and improves the satisfaction of patients in the hospital.
