摘　　要：目的:通过设计实现DRGs医疗绩效评价与分析系统,为医疗绩效评价分析、医院管理、费用控制等提供科学的数据支持。方法:在B/S架构下通过抓取医院信息系统相关数据,采用DRGs工具在医疗服务产能、效率和安全三个方面进行综合统计分析。结果:利用DRGs挖掘展示各个医疗指标,为不断深化的绩效改革及评价分析提供了数据依据。结论:借助DRGs分析工具设计与实现医疗绩效评价与分析系统,能在科学的评价维度下提供医疗绩效评价分析,为医院加强医疗质量管理、控制成本等提供科学数据支持。Objective:To realize the medical performance evaluation and analysis system of DRGs through design,and provide the scientific data support to medical performance evaluation and analysis,strengthening of hospital management and cost control.Methods:Under the B/S framework,by grasping the relevant data of the hospital information system,with the tool of DRGs the comprehensive statistical analysis is made in the aspects of production capacity,efficiency and safety of medical services.Results:The medical indicators are explored and displayed with DRGs,which provides the data basis for the continuously deepened performance reform and evaluation analysis.Conclusion:The design and implementation of the medical performance evaluation and analysis system with the analysis tool of DRGs can provide the medical performance evaluation and analysis in the dimension of scientific evaluation,and provide the scientific data support to hospitals to strengthen the medical quality management and control costs.
