摘　　要：目的:介绍基于军卫HIS架构的创面修复专科信息系统的建立与应用流程。方法:采用基于Web的W/S模式实现,用户通过浏览器,可在任何网络可达的节点登录系统。同时可与HIS、LIS、PACS等系统之间无缝对接,具备按需实现信息双向传递的功能。分析该系统主要功能与应用效果。结果:创面修复专科信息系统的设计基于临床,其应用提高了创面修复外科的临床、科研、教学以及管理水平。结论:创面修复专科信息系统的设计与应用推进了创面修复专科的信息化建设进程,具有一定的实用价值。Objective:This paper mainly introduced the establishment and application of the wound repair information system,which based on the architecture of military HIS.Methods:This system was developed with W/S architecture.Users could log in the system through any browser on the network.At the same time,it could interface with HIS,LIS,PACS and other systems,and had the function of transmitting information.The main functions and application effects of the system were analyzed in detail.Results:The design of the wound repairment information system was based on clinical practice,and its applications improved the clinical,scientific,teaching and management level of wound repair surgery.Conclusion:The design and application of wound repairment information system promotes the information construction process of wound repair specialty and has certain practical value.
