摘　　要：目的:探讨分析胸牌一卡通系统的方案设计、实施运行以及应用体会。方法:基于TCP/IP协议,构建B/S架构业务应用系统,通过"1+N"管理新模式实现胸牌一卡通相关功能。结果:胸牌一卡通系统融合了信息科学、系统科学、管理科学等多门学科,在门禁管理、就餐消费、刷卡考勤、会议签到等功能方面实现了"一卡多用",实现了资源的整合与共享,有效提高了医院精细化管理水平。结论:该系统的成功实施与应用,不仅提升了医院的运转效率和服务水平,而且符合数字化医院发展的需求。Objective:To analyze overall design,implementation and application experience of the all-purpose chest card system.Methods:The system uses the TCP/IP protocol to build a B/S architecture business application system,and implements the new card-related function through the"1+N"management new mode.Results:The badge card system integrates many disciplines such as information science,system science,and management science.It realizes"one card multi-use"in the functions of access control management,dining consumption,credit card attendance and conference sign-on,realizing the integration of resources and sharing,effectively improve the level of hospital refined management.Conclusion:The successful implementation and application of the system not only improves the overall efficiency and service level of the hospital,but also meets the needs of the digital development of modern hospitals.
