基于短信平台的放射科信息化管理模式探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于短信平台的放射科信息化管理的基本技术框架及应用。方法:结合当前放射科管理现状及问题,叙述放射科信息化管理需求,以RIS、PACS和HIS信息平台进行放射科管理。结果:基于短信平台的放射科信息化管理模式能够有利于消除科室和放射专业之间的"孤岛效应",促进放射科内部的科学融合,提高放射科专业细化的科学性和系统性,从而提高患者诊查的效率和精准性,以创造更大的经济效益。结论:基于短信平台的信息化管理在放射科现代化发展中具有较大价值,通过信息系统架构的建立及优化,构建远程数据库与医疗影像诊断协作的软硬一体化系统,实现数据库采集及系统优化升级后的数据迁移,实现放射科信息化管理智能化,提升医疗服务能力。Objective:To explore the basic technical framework and application of radiology information management based on SMS platform.Methods:Combined with the current radiology management status and problems,the radiology information management needs were described.The RIS,PACS and HIS information platform were used for radiology management.Results:The information management mode of radiology based on SMS platform can help to eliminate the"island effect"between departments and radiology,promote the scientific integration within the radiology department,and improve the scientific and systematic refinement of radiology majors.Improve the efficiency and accuracy of patient diagnosis to create greater economic benefits.Conclusion:The information management based on SMS platform has great value in the modernization of radiology.Through the establishment and optimization of information system architecture,a soft and hard integrated system for remote database and medical image diagnosis collaboration is built to realize the data migration after database collection and system optimization,and to realize the intellectualization of information management in radiology department and improve the ability of medical service.
