基于微信平台的移动管理在住院医师规范化培训中的应用实践

摘　　要：目的:随着国家"互联网+"战略的实施,医疗信息化向云计算转型已成为未来发展趋势,大力发展中医住院医师规范化培训是新医改的重要举措。方法:结合住院医师规范化培训工作的思考,以中国中医科学院广安门医院实践为例,研究构建中医住院医师规范化培训移动管理与服务的新模式。结果:引进基于微信平台的移动管理系统,操作简便,充分发挥移动互联网的特性,使用户和管理者可利用碎片时间参与医学教育,解决了传统管理模式中的难题。结论:新方法仍有待完善与提高,但系统平台管理显示出了明显的效率和意义,保证了住院医师培训的全面性和效果,间接地保证了医疗服务质量。Objective:With the implementation of the national"Internet+"strategy,the transformation of medical information to cloud computing has become the trend of the future.The vigorous development of the standardized training for resident doctors is an important measure for the new medical reform.Methods:Combined with the thinking about the standardized training for resident doctors,taking the practice of Guang’anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences as an example,the new mode of information-based mobile management and service of standardized training for resident doctors of TCM is studied and established.Results:The mobile management system based on WeChat platform is introduced.It is easy to operate,gives full play to the characteristics of mobile Internet,enables users and managers to participate in medical education with fragmented time,and solves the difficult problems in the traditional management mode.Conclusion:The new method still needs to be improved,but the system platform management has obvious efficiency and significance,ensures the comprehensiveness and effect of training for resident doctors,and indirectly guarantees the quality of medical services.
