“互联网+远程监护”在危重心血管疾病患者院前救治中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析"互联网+远程监护"在危重心血管疾病患者院前救治中的作用。方法:选取危重心血管疾病患者184例,按院前转运方法分为观察组(n=80,"互联网+远程监护")、对照组(n=104,常规心电监护仪监测),比较两组实时监护结果、发现异常的时间、救护阶段抢救时间与抢救成功率。结果:两组各项实时监护结果比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组在≤10 min发现异常的比例明显高于对照组,10~30 min发现异常的比例低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抢救时间短于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"互联网+远程监护"应用于危重心血管疾病院前救治中可及早发现异常,利于医生早期诊疗,缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率。Objective:To analyze the effect of Internet plus remote monitoring in pre-hospital treatment for patients with critical cardiovascular diseases.Methods:A total of 184 patients with critical cardiovascular diseases divided into observation group(n=80,Internet plus remote monitoring)and control group(n=104,routine ECG monitoring)according to the pre-hospital transfer method.The real-time monitoring results,abnormal discovery time,rescue time and rescue success rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in real-time monitoring results between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of finding abnormalities in 10 min was significantly higher in observation group than in control group,while the proportion of finding abnormalities in 10~30 min was lower than control group(P<0.05).The rescue time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and rescue success rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Internet plus remote monitoring in pre-hospital treatment for patients with critical cardiovascular diseases can help detect abnormalities early,which is conductive to doctors’early diagnosis and treatment,shortening the rescue time,and improving rescue success rate.
