数字网络技术在胸痛中心院前急救中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析数字网络技术在胸痛中心院前急救中的应用效果。方法:将2016年9月至2018年9月于杨凌示范区医院胸痛中心就诊的60例胸痛患者,按院前急救方法不同分为观察组(数字网络技术对患者实施急救)与对照组(常规院前急救),各30例。记录并比较两组诊疗相关时间、病情好转情况、1周内病死率及治疗并发症发生率。结果:观察组院前确诊时间、院内确诊时间、发病至开始治疗时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1周内病死率及心力衰竭、心源性休克、恶性心律失常并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用数字网络技术对患者实施急救,可使更多急性胸痛患者在救治黄金时间内完成有效诊断与治疗,降低病死率和并发症风险,改善患者临床预后。Objective:To analyze the application effect of digital network technology in pre-hospital emergency of chest pain center.Methods:60 patients with chest pain treated in the chest pain center of the hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were divided into observation group(first aid using digital network technology)and control group(first aid using regular pre-hospital emergency)according to different pre-hospital emergency methods,30 cases in each group.The related time of diagnosis and treatment,the improvement condition of the disease,the mortality rate within 1 week and the incidence of treatment complications of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:The pre-hospital diagnosis time,time of diagnosis in hospital,the time from onset to starting treatment,hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mortality rate within 1 week,heart failure,the incidence of complication such as cardiogenic shock and malignant arrhythmia of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using digital network technology to provide first-aid for patients can make more patients with acute chest pain to complete effective diagnosis and treatment during the golden time of treatment,thereby reducing mortality and the risk of complications,improving the clinical prognosis of patients.
