摘　　要：目的:建设儿科联盟内的审方平台,实现远程审方。方法:建立儿科联盟内统一标准的儿童健康档案及儿童合理用药警示系统,在此基础上构建远程审方平台。结果:基于儿科联盟互联互通的审方平台,可实现医院之间的医疗资源共享和信息传递,降低基层无药师审方的用药风险,实现远程患者的处方/医嘱审核、用药指导和患者宣教。结论:通过搭建儿童专科联盟内的审方平台,可保障区域内儿童用药安全。Objective:Construct a prescription audit platform to check prescriptions among pediatric alliance remotely.Methods:Unify the patients’information standards and develop a pediatric rational drug use system,and on these basis construct remote prescription audit platform.Results:Prescription audit platform,based on the information interconnection among pediatric alliance,can realize the sharing of medical resources and information among hospitals,lower the medication risks of primary hospitals due to the lack of prescription-audit pharmacists,and implement remote prescription audit,medication guidance and patient education.Conclusion:Medication safety for children can be guaranteed by the prescription audit platform among pediatric alliance.
