摘　　要：目的:实现检查申请单电子化管理,探讨电子申请单在药物临床试验信息管理系统中的应用。方法:结合我院药物临床试验项目的特点和管理流程,把纸质申请单做成电子申请单模板,并嵌入到GCP系统中。结果:通过信息化手段,实现了检查申请单的电子化流程管理,包括普放、CT、核磁共振、超声、胃镜、心电图等都已经实现了电子申请单管理。结论:电子申请单管理节省了受试者的时间,节约了医院的成本,提升了药物临床试验的管理水平,提高了工作效率。Objective:This paper intends to solve the electronization problem of the examination application.It explores the application of the electronic application from in the drug clinical trial information management system.Methods:Combined with the characteristics and management process of the drug clinical trial project,the paper application form was made into electronic application form template and embed into the GCP system.Results:By means of informatization,the electronic process management of the examination application form has been realized,including general radiotherapy,CT,MR,ultrasound examination,gastroscopy,electrocardiogram and so on.Conclusion:It has saved the time of the subjects and saved the cost of the hospital.And it has improved the management level of the drug clinical trial and enhanced the work efficiency.
