摘　　要：目的:分析移动护理信息系统(PDA)应用于输液微量用药闭环管理中的效果。方法:通过优化输液微量用药闭环流程,比较优化前后护士核对速度、校对时间及护士操作满意度。结果:优化后与优化前相比,护士核对速度、校对时间缩短(P<0.01),护士操作满意度提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将移动护理系统应用于输液微量用药闭环管理可提高护士操作流程满意度和临床护理质量,实现医院精细化管理。Objective:To investigate the effect of mobile nursing information system(PDA)in closed loop management of infusion microdrugs.Methods:By optimizing the closed loop process of microdrug infusion,the nurses’checking speed,proofreading time and operation satisfaction before and after optimization were compared.Results:The results after optimization the nurse check speed compared with before optimization,proofreading time significantly shortened,the nurse satisfaction from the previous operation increased significantly,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mobile nursing system was applied to trace drug infusion closed-loop management can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of clinical nursing operation,fine management implementation hospital.
