摘　　要：目的:分析智能移动护理系统在呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员中的应用及效果。方法:选取海南省人民医院2018年11月至2019年4月在职的呼吸与危重症医学科40名护理人员作为研究对象,智能移动护理系统实施前后随机抽取科室60例患者评价护理满意度。比较智能移动护理系统实施前后的护理质量、管理满意度、护理满意度、护理及风险意识合格情况。结果:实施后护理人员的文书质量、病情观察、健康教育、护理执行评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。智能移动护理系统实施后呼吸与危重症医学科管理总满意度、非常满意率高于实施前(P<0.05)。智能移动护理系统实施后呼吸与危重症医学科护理总满意度、非常满意率高于实施前(P<0.05)。智能移动护理系统实施后呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员护理及风险意识合格率高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:智能移动护理系统能提高呼吸与危重症医学科护理人员的护理质量和管理满意度,强化风险意识。Objective:To analyze the application and effect of the intelligent mobile nursing system in nursing staffs of the respiratory and critical care department.Methods:40 nurses in the respiratory and critical care department of Hai’nan General Hospital from November 2018 to April 2019 are selected as the research objects,and 60 patients are randomly selected from the department before and after the implementation of the intelligent mobile nursing system to evaluate the nursing satisfaction.The nursing quality,management satisfaction,nursing satisfaction,and nursing and risk awareness compliance are compared before and after the implementation of the intelligent mobile nursing system.Results:After the implementation,the scores of quality of documents,condition observation,health education and nursing execution of nurses are higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of the intelligent mobile nursing system,the overall satisfaction rate and the rate of being very satisfied of management of the respiratory and critical care department are higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of the intelligent mobile nursing system,the qualification rate of nursing and risk awareness of nurses in the respiratory and critical care department is higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent mobile nursing system can improve the nursing quality and management satisfaction of nurses in the respiratory and critical care department,optimize the nursing and raise the risk awareness.It can be recommended.
