心理护理在老年患者冠状动脉CT检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析心理护理干预在老年患者冠状动脉CT检查中的应用效果及对患者生理心理反应的影响。方法:选取本院2016年7月至2018年7月期间内接收的116例老年冠状动脉CT检查患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组58例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予心理护理干预。对比护理后两组患者生理心理反应发生率、焦虑、抑郁情绪评分情况、护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后心率加快、血压增高、出汗口干、尿频尿急、害怕紧张等反应发生率较对照组均更低(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率较对照显著更高,比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年患者行冠状动脉CT检查时可加以心理护理干预,效果确切,可有效降低患者生理心理反应,改善患者负性情绪,对提高护理满意度及临床诊断效果意义重大,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in coronary CT examination of elderly patients and its influence on patients’physiological and psychological reaction.Methods:116 elderly patients with coronary artery CT examination received in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was given to the control group,and psychological nursing intervention was given to the observation group.The physiological and psychological reactions,anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results:The rate of heart rate acceleration,blood pressure increase,dry sweating mouth,frequent urination urgency and fear of tension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing can have fine effect to elderly patients during coronary CT examination.It can effectively reduce patients physiological and psychological reaction and improve patients’negative emotions.It is of great significance to improve nursing satisfaction and clinical diagnosis effect,and it is worth popularizing.
