摘　　要：本文利用沪津闽粤四大自贸区的面板数据,探讨了中国情境下自贸区建设推动区域产业结构优化调整的效果及传导渠道。研究发现,自贸区的设立是众多影响产业结构优化升级要素中的核心要素,因此应坚定推行自贸区战略,先行先试贸易投资便利化举措,探索建设自由贸易港;进口扩大效应和金融集聚效应是自贸区拉动区域产业结构优化升级的重要渠道,自贸区建设应在对接国际高标准投资贸易规则上下功夫,重点探索以FT账户体系为代表的金融账户开放与资本项目可兑换的制度安排,实现跨境资本的自由双向流动,为本地及周边省市的产业结构优化升级提供制度保障和示范作用。China’s pilot free trade zone provides an important platform for exploring a new mode of opening and upgrading regional industrial structure.Based on the panel data of the four free trade zones of Shanghai,Tianjin,Fujian and Guangdong,this paper discusses the effects and transmission channels of the construction of free trade zones to promote the optimization and adjustment of regional industrial structure in the context of China.It is found that the establishment of free trade zone is the core element of many factors affecting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,China should firmly implement the strategy of free trade zone,test the measures of trade and investment facilitation,and explore the construction of free trade port.Import expansion effect and financial agglomeration effect are important channels for free trade zone to promote the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure,in the construction of free trade zone.So efforts should be made to connect with international high standard investment and trade rules,focusing on exploring the institutional arrangement of financial account opening and capital project convertibility represented by FT account system,realizing the free and two-way flow of cross-border capital,and providing institutional guarantee and demonstration function for the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of local and surrounding provinces and cities.
