摘  要:2018年8月3日,我国首次发生非洲猪瘟疫情并在国内各地快速传播蔓延,给国民生活和社会治安带来严重影响。面对我国面临的非洲猪瘟防控严峻形势,本文以反映科技应用的专利数据为研究对象,利用科学计量方法对非洲猪瘟领域国际专利的申请时间、申请国家、专利权人、技术布局、保护强度等进行多角度分析。研究结果表明虽然1921年非洲猪瘟首次被报道,但直至本世纪初相关专利申请量才有所增加;我国、美国、加拿大等是非洲猪瘟专利的主要申请国家,病毒快速检测技术和抗病毒制剂是主要研发技术领域。虽然我国非洲猪瘟专利申请量较大,但今后需加强非洲猪瘟疫苗和抗病毒药技术领域的研发,同时需重视相关专利的知识产权保护。本文研究以期为我国非洲猪瘟疫情防治提供情报参考和建议。On 3 August 2018,the first outbreak of African swine fever(ASF)occurred in China. It spread rapidly in many provinces,and elicited a major impact on civilian life and public security. In the face of the severe situation of ASF prevention/control that China is facing,this paper summarized the patents data,which could reflecting the application of science and technology as the research object,and used the scientometrics method to analyze the patents in the field of ASF,including application time,application country,patentee,technical layout,protection intensity,etc. Results showed that,even though ASF was reported first in 1921,the number of patent applications for ASF increased until the beginning of the 21 st century. China,USA and Canada were the main countries applying for ASF patents,and the rapid detection technology and antiviral agents were the main research projects. Although China had large number of patent applications for ASF,it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of ASF vaccines and antiviral drugs in the future,and pay attention to the intellectual property protection of related patents. The purpose of our study was to provide a reference for the prevention and control of ASF in China.
